Our Essential Home Pest Protection Plan provides dependable, year-round protection against a wide range of common household pests. It’s perfect for homeowners who want regular maintenance and prevention without rodent coverage.

This plan includes three scheduled exterior services — in spring, summer, and fall — plus an optional winter check-in if needed. Each visit includes a detailed exterior inspection, targeted treatments at entry points, and preventive barriers to minimize pest activity around the home.

If any covered pest activity occurs between visits, you’ll receive unlimited callbacks at no extra charge. Treatments are performed from the ground up to 24 feet using professional extension-pole applications, eliminating the need for ladders while ensuring complete coverage of eaves, soffits, and other upper-level areas.

🐭 Comprehensive Rodent & Pest Defense Plan

Our Comprehensive Rodent & Pest Defense Plan is the most complete protection program we offer. It includes everything in the Essential Plan plus rodent control and coverage for additional property structures like mailboxes, play sets, pool houses, and sheds.

You’ll receive four scheduled seasonal visits — spring, summer, fall, and optional winter — for comprehensive, year-round coverage. In addition to all the common household pests, this plan protects against wood-damaging pests, stinging insects, and rodents.

For rodent protection, the plan includes interior bait stations (up to six). Bait stations are not included in the base plan cost — they are placed as needed and can be added for an additional monthly fee. Exterior rodent stations are available as an add-on at $5/month for up to four stations, plus $1 per additional.
